Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the End User Computing (EUC) Team. This position can be exclusively work from home or located at one of our main campus locations.

EUC manages all the desktops, laptops, and printers for Zions Bancorporation.
The successful candidate will:
Provide general support for provisioning applications, providing asset reports, and patching Windows clients
Support the application packaging process (including creation, maintenance, and removal) from enterprise desktops and laptops
Provide escalated technical support for the Field Services and Service Desk teams
Support break/fix and problem management issues for Windows device
Assist in the planning for and execution of the annual Windows 10 feature release upgrades
Assist in implementing EUC roadmap initiatives
Support the creation of and maintenance for all EUC standards and process documents
Use good judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
Experience supporting the Windows 10 client operating system
Experience supporting desktop applications in an enterprise environment
Broad troubleshooting skills
Basic proficiency in the use of standard Windows tools and utilities
Good written and verbal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to management and userbase
Ability to be self-sufficient and work without direct supervision
Able to serve as a member of a rotational On-Call
Experience with device management toolsets, such as Microsoft’s Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Intune
Knowledge and experience with the PowerShell scripting language
A strong sense of teambuilding and customer support
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field
A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Ideally this position will be in Salt Lake City, but there is a possibility for remote work.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000
