Kforce Product Manager in West Valley City, Utah
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in West Valle City, UT.Summary:The Product Manager's main responsibilities are to lead, manage, and collaborate with IT cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders to develop, launch, and maintain products (software applications, processes, etc.). Assesses value, develops use cases, and prioritizes stories, features, and initiatives to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product, and industry best practices. In addition, leads the continuous enhancement and delivery of new product functionality by gathering, prioritizing, and documenting requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or business-related field or at least 5 years work-related experience
Experience in managing software development life cycle from requirements to delivery, including oversight of software development activities in a fast moving, agile environment, on projects that include new product versions and enhancements
Demonstrated knowledge of the various principles, practices, methods, and techniques of product management and business analysis
Experience developing business cases and writing logical, detailed and complete business requirements and functional specifications
Experience with change activities (Change Management)
Technical Program/Solution Management desired, including practical knowledge of agile practices and methodologies
Experience with the Pega digital process transformation platform a plus
Experience with Dynamics CRM helpful
Transportation and/or freight logistics experience desired
