Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

The Organizational Design Consultant will lead the org portion of a client engagement, where you will facilitate sustainable and large-scale organizational change at clients. An Organizational Design Consultant understands the main business processes of the organization leveraging creative problem-solving skills, technical and analytical excellence to help solve the overall client puzzle, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations to implement change.
A skilled utility industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Energy Retail & Customer Services in the new digital world and provide our utility clients with industry solutions and services.
Specifically, you will be responsible for
Managing and executing all project expectations, which includes analyzing business and organizational shortcomings of clients; preparing weekly reports on status of outstanding matters, and planning the implementation of Oracle solutions and formulating hypotheses and analyses in order to provide recommendations
Leading the deployment of Oracle solutions and approaches in the context of major organizational restructuring, change management, culture transformation, or leadership development and will develop into go-to organizational experts within Oracle Consulting.
Managing data collection, administration, analysis, and synthesis of data from Oracle diagnostics, and producing client-ready presentations, reports, and workshop materials.
Contextualizing org concepts to enable client understanding of general concepts within their specific organizational contexts.
Collaborating with leaders to set the overall aspirations for the Change Navigation practice and the region, and shape and execute initiatives that drive implementation, including identification of new market opportunities for organizational design work.
Driving the development and execution of client work related to our Change Navigation practice.
Acting as an inspirational people leader who will apprentice and mentor team members.
Contributing to and build knowledge that enables us to continuously improve our client delivery and be at the forefront of Org topics for our Change Navigation practice.

You will lead, coach, and mentor junior employees on the Oracle team to confirm all team members are proactively completing tasks at hand. You also will engage with NAAC leadership as you regularly lead internal calls and learning sessions for our ERP, HCM and CX practices.
Your primary responsibilities will align with our own organizational transformation: delivery excellence, customer experience, and developing top talent. You will participate in shaping our team, recruiting, people development, and programs we run to engage and develop our people.
