Sr.-Application Architect - NIS.and.nbsp; (263853)Title: Sr.-ArchitectLocation(s):.and.nbsp; San Francisco, CA or Salt Lake City, UTThe Federal Reserve Bank is looking for a Application Architect to work with the National Integration Services team who is focused on enabling a distributed and scalable API Management Platform for the Federal Reserve System. This group is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRBSF) which develops and maintains tools for internal customers, including Cash, Statistics and Reserves, and Bank Supervision and Regulation and supports National IT (NIT) by providing services for the Enterprise.This position is a key consultant regarding access management and policy enforcement for the platform around the Federal Reserve System (FRS). You will work closely with Application Development teams and other security functions to ensure that there is coordination with their activities and play a crucial role in the identification, analysis, evaluation, life-cycle management and adoption of security technologies. You will work cross-functionally with Developers, Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Service Managers across multiple teams in a rapidly evolving environment. The high-level goal of this position is to accelerate customer adoption and increase customer engagement of the API Management Platform while maintaining the highest level information security standards.To be successful in this role, you must have stellar leadership and communication skills, with an excellent software development background in SOA-MSA environments developing services, and thrive working cross functionally with several teams. You will need to learn new technologies and complex applications very quickly and manage numerous technical requirements.
