Job Title: Software Engineer - Test

Software Engineer - Test , will provide a variety of technical duties related to the testing of state-of-the-art networked data links and subassemblies for L3Harris Technologies at our site in Salt Lake City, Utah..

Job Description:

  • Write automated test software

  • Derive, manage product test requirements specific to outsourcing

  • Develop, maintain test procedures and test plans

  • Participate in engineering product design reviews

  • Recommend design for test requirements

  • Perform root cause analysis on failures

  • Perform test system beta testing and verification

  • Perform engineering level product debug

  • Propose and manage test development projects, upgrades and maintenance

  • Track, report on testing, debug, and engineering task status

Qualifications: (refer to Career Framework)

An ABET (EAC/CAC) accredited Bachelor’s of Science Degree in a and engineering discipline (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) is strongly preferred, or equivalent technical education with 2-8 years related experience will be considered

  • Must have strong EE skills in both digital and RF

  • LabVIEW and TestStand experience a plus

  • Experience with OOP preferred

  • Project and team leadership experience

  • Clearance if desired
