BioFire Diagnostics is a fast growing and profitable biotech company with a great opportunity for a technical writer. The candidate will contribute to the development activities that support product development at BioFire. The technical writer will be responsible for the documentation efforts that support the software group. In addition, the candidate will have significant interactions with management and employees within other departments at BioFire. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with the following:

• 0+ years of professional experience

• B.S. in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or equivalent field

• Great organizational skills

• The ability to write clear, concise documentation

• Good oral communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask on various assignments

In addition to these skills, preference will be given to candidates with the following knowledge/experience:

• Extensive experience with Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio

• Basic knowledge of software project management

• Knowledge of, or experience, writing software requirements
