Cornerstone’s Product Management Team is seeking a Program Analyst to help track and support strategic initiatives within the Product organization. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and utilize your analytical abilities to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and processes.
In this role you will…
Partner with the Operations Manager to manage programs within our Product organization, ensuring they are effective and efficient
Research, gather and analyze data to identify trends and develop reports
Monitor the progress of department/strategic projects
Manage risks and issues and partner with the Operations Manager to work on corrective measurements
Prepare and manage department reports and presentations.
You've got what it takes if you have…
2+ years of experience in an analyst role or equivalent work experience, prior experience as a Program Analyst preferred
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Understanding of software development lifecycles
Great cross-group collaboration skills with focus on creating clarity, generating energy and delivering success
Exceptional presentation and reporting skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
