Make a Difference.Title: Lead EngineerOverview of PositionRights Management (RM) team is responsible for enterprise data rights management at Change Healthcare. We deal with big data and are building a data access platform to provide authorized access to internal and external customer data. The platform enforces contract-based access to data to create secure and scalable systems being leveraged across the enterprise. We're an agile team and follow SAFe Agile religiously. The RM products are part of the Identity Rights Management (IRM) portfolio. This role will interact with other IRM service teams such as identity management and master person index teams.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?* Analyzes, designs programs, debugs and modified software enhancements and-or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop application products.* Using modern programming techniques and languages, writes code, completes programming, performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.* May interact with users to define system requirements and-or necessary modifications.What are the requirements needed for this position?* 10+ Years of experience with big data-relational-NoSql DB experience* 5+ Years of experience working with enterprise access rights management systems* 2+ Years of hands-on experience on AWS* 2+ Years of Web Application development experience* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Masters preferredWhat other skills-experience would be helpful to have?* Strong SQL skills* Experience working in a heavily regulated industry* Experience leading an engineering team* Experience working in a heavily regulated industry* Experience working with master data management systems (MDM)* Advanced knowledge of the AWS services - Data Lake, EMR, Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Glue, Hue, Presto, Athena, Zeppelin* Experience with Cloud environments - AWS, Azure, GCP* Scala + Spark experience in big data environments* Advanced...
