If this sounds like you, we need to talk. We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Project Analyst Intern to join our FutureCore Program Support Team. In this exciting role, you will work with a team of dedicated individuals committed to delivering results and support program objectives. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate with others to develop creative solutions for challenges. You’ll also gain insights into the functions of an exceptionally large program.

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the desire, skills, and experience to:

  • Administer and execute PMO (Project Management Office) related processes.

  • Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Collect and summarize program data from systems, reports, and other information sources.

  • Analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop and distribute reports to partners and stakeholders based upon program data.


  • Must be working toward Bachelor's (taking upper division courses) or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems or other related field.

  • Possess a solid understanding of project management practices. Experience with PMO processes is a definite plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work and contribute in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proven experience in implementing processes or process improvements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to create complex project plans using Microsoft Project or similar tools.

  • High-level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio.
