The opportunity
EYs Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.
Your key responsibilities
Support the Human Capital workstream of Infor ERP CloudSuite implementations, including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases
Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
Supports HCM lead to partner with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state business processes based on business objectives
Support data migration activities from a finance business perspective
Help to configure applications according to requirements and design, and conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)
Understand Infor Implementation Accelerators and lead workshops to aid in design process
Support development of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption
Teach end users and conduct training classes in the technology
Provide post go-live support and problem resolution
Participate in program leadership, governance and change enablement
Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets and workplans between projects
Participate in other business development activities as appropriate (e.g., proposal presentations)
Continually pursue latest product features, functionality and technology innovations to stay current and add value to our projects
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
Experience in talent and human capital processes, including recruiting, hiring, administration, benefits and compensation, and payroll
Three to five years of related work experience, with a minimum of two years of Infor/Lawson HCM, including one or more of the following:
Human Resources
Personnel Administration
Absence Management
Payroll
Benefits Administration
Employee and Manager Self-Services
Current knowledge of Infor CloudSuite (FSM) v11 preferred
Understanding of Infor CloudSuite standard reports
Ideally, you’ll also have
A Master’s degree
Experience supporting Healthcare (e.g., Payers, Providers, Clinical Research) related clients/industry
Professional skills and attributes for success
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in a fast paced, consultative information systems environment
Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process
Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Industry affiliations and/or technical certifications preferred
The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 70-80% of a work schedule
