We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our BSA/AML Compliance team. This position is located in our Salt Lake City, Utah location.

  • Responsible for various system functions, including: Incident, change, system and project management.

  • Responsible to troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues.

  • Documents incident items and escalates as necessary.

  • Coordinates issue resolution and validation of service restored.

  • Assists in troubleshooting servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues.

  • Performs application trouble shooting, and make recommendations for improvements and changes.

  • Works with vendors as needed to resolve issues.

  • Responsible to facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations.

  • Schedules change controls.

  • Responsible to configure installed software on all environments, perform fine tuning and application documentation.

  • Assist with Disaster recovery testing.

  • Responsible for application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinates with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.

  • Coordinates report reprints and monitors job processing.

  • May performs project management functions as either a project manager or team member.

  • Other duties as assigned.
