Make a Difference.Business Analyst ManagerOverview of PositionThe Business Analyst Manager provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?* Analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware-software and database management* Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools and information systems* Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility* Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted* Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functionWhat are the requirements needed for this position?* 6+ years' Business Analyst experience with 1+ years of leadership responsibility* 6+ years' experience coordinating with the information technology department and preparing designs for functional specifications* Experience analyzing functional requirements and collecting all requirements and document processes* Experience developing project plans for the business and ensuring appropriate implementation of plans* Experience supervising efficient working of staff and providing feedback for employeesWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?General office demandsHow much should I expect to travel?Post COVID this position may require up to 25% overnight travel.
