5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. A skilled utility industry change practitioner who knows how to reinvent Energy Retail & Customer Services in the new digital world and provide our utility clients with industry solutions and services.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the overall change navigation strategy, communications plan, training plan, and transition plans to help our clients drive business adoption of their cloud applications for small to medium sized projects.
Developing change management deliverables throughout the project implementation lifecycle to ensure clients progress along the change curve.
Supporting the development of the change impact assessment by connecting the dots from current to future ways of working.
Assisting in the identification of issues and risks impacting the project, proposes options for resolution, and escalates as appropriate.
Executing the communication plan by developing end user communications.
Contributing to the coordination with Oracle University on end user enablement solutions to elevate end user product understanding and adoption.
Assisting the management of client relationships and business development to cultivate referenceable clients.
Aiding with internal practice calls, learning sessions, and identifying ways to reuse and improve current processes and assets to ensure rapid and high-quality change transformations.
Helping grow the Change Navigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets, and knowledge sharing.

We need change navigation team members who can support an exceptional journey to a cloud-enable workforce for our clients. By building relationships with our customer and supporting how they plan, manage, and operate with our cloud solutions, we can ensure their delivery success.
You will mentor and coach your fellow peers on the Oracle team to proactively help team members complete tasks at hand. You also will support NAAC leadership as you regularly manage internal calls and learning sessions for our ERP, HCM and CX practices.
Your primary responsibilities will align with our own organizational transformation: delivery excellence and customer experience. You will participate in shaping our team, developing deliverables, and bringing innovative ideas to the practice.
