CHG Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Delivery Analyst. Our Delivery Analysts work to ensure a successful implementation of our digital products, starting with creating a shared understanding of the business impacts (people, process & data) to proposed changes. This key role will support our enterprise strategic initiatives and partner with our divisions to execute the work necessary to prepare for change brought about by digital products. This role is responsible for understanding the change plan and to identify issues and risks early and often to prevent delays in the delivery of our solutions. The ideal candidate will quickly build strong relationships throughout our organization, and proactively learn about our business, business process, our customers, and the product vision to make a positive impact to the team.
Identify, analyze, and communicate possible impacted processes, people (roles, teams, etc.), and data during product discovery and continue throughout the delivery lifecycle
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the new or enhanced product to help plan, influence, and execute change and delivery activities to effectively support business alignment and readiness
Analyze and communicate the size of the change to assist in planning future activities for organizational change management
Analyze and communicate data integrity and assist in data cleanup/data enrichment activities throughout the delivery lifecycle
Lead future business process alignment and finalize standard work creation at an enterprise level
Support the development of the project charter and delivery plans of our digital initiatives
Create drafts of user documentation, training documents, standard work, and/or user guides for each role and partner with the technical writer for documentation finalization
Develop and support “train the trainer” activities and/or training
Prepare business users for user acceptance testing (UAT), including but not limited to, user training and creating testing escalation processes
Create release notes for business consumption for digital initiative releases
Interact and collaborate with business end-users, business leaders, and division project managers in preparation for product delivery
Develop and/or support the creation of data and process adoption and sustainment reports
Provide support during product launch, which may include directly interacting with customers
Research and triage post-launch issues into process, technology, and user categories
Resolve process and user issues during and after launch until support handoff is complete
Prepare internal support staff for operational handoff/steady state
Audit business process adoption and analyze need for business process re-engineering after product launch
Monitor adoption/usage and reports back to business project teams and delivery manager as necessary

Experience analyzing systems and/or data to find trends and behaviors
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
Ability to create valuable reports and/or dashboards
Education & Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree or relative equivalent experience
3+ years of work experience in product delivery, project implementation, software delivery, business analysis, project management, product management, or similar experience
Experience in working with waterfall and agile methodologies
Preferred:
Experience working with and implementing ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
SQL development
Salesforce platform experience
