Oracle Principal Product Manager, GTM Enablement Lead, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Lehi, Utah
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The OCI GTM Enablement Lead will provide leadership and execution for the Oracle Cloud’s global Field and Partner enablement efforts, directing a team of best-in-class product managers and partnering with a range of teams to drive the cloud solutions training and assets across both technical and value sellers. This role will have a dual focus on enabling North American and Latin America region sellers and partners.
This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working within a complex technical setting with rapid changes in requirements, direction, and environment. Real passion for technology and teamwork is a critical success factor.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high performing cross functional team to develop plans and strategies to deliver enablement programs and collect data for continuous improvement
Build relationships across the sales and product organizations to develop a picture of current and future enablement needs and upcoming content releases
Lead proactive outreach to value and technical seller groups within the field organization to educate, propose, and deliver high value enablement training and content
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent, high standards of training across the business and bring improvement feedback to the Product Management and Marketing teams
Present enablement content in face-to-face and virtual meetings to large and small audiences
Customize and optimize enablement materials and sales content to increase their effectiveness
Build the strategy and lead a team to evaluate, measure, and report on strategic effectiveness of program efforts
Liaise with stakeholder groups to drive regional launch communication and enablement
Conduct project post-mortems to review results, feedback from cross-teams and learnings for future campaigns and training programs.
Set direction and oversee management of multiple go-to-market programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed execution
Analyze and predict the impact of changes to certification programs and qualifiers for internal and partner teams
Develop product management talent to drive results and meet business objectives
Evangelize the product vision, benefits to new feature capabilities, and educate internal teams on how they could be best used in their verticals of focus

Experience in building, managing, and developing a high performing, cross functional team
Expert in theoretical and practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform technologies and customer needs (particularly for software developers, DevOps, and operators)
Highly self-motivated leader that can work in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrates strong program leadership ability, with experience in global campaigns
Proven ability to move fast in an ambiguous environment without close supervision
Capable of rapid absorption of new subject matter across technical, business, and market specific domains
Demonstrated ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle
A talent for communicating complicated technical concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way to both technical and business audiences
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Flexible and innovative, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with keen eye on detail
Experience creating content including, but not limited to the following formats: presentations, blogs, white boards, videos, technical guides, architecture diagrams
Strong presentation skills of technical content
Qualifications
8 years of experience with technical sales/go-to-market, product management, or business development
8 years of experience in the enterprise applications, databases, IaaS, PaaS
Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus
