BAE Systems Program Management Review / Risk Management Team Lead in Hill AFB, Utah
BAE Systems, Inc. employees and subcontractors support the United States Air Force, Nuclear Weapons Center, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Directorate, as it sustains the existing LGM-30 Minuteman III weapon system and acquires its replacement, the YLGM-182A Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD).
BAE Systems is seeking a program manager to lead process management for the GBSD Program Integration branch. Program Integration is the hub of all programmatic activities for the GBSD Program Office and is responsible for integrating functional expertise across the program office to inform programmatic decisions and support program execution.
Program management responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: oversight for process development and documentation; cross-functional process reviews and approvals; establishment and maintenance of directorate command media; and management of the process development team.
Duties to include:
Coordinate risk management team activities across the Enterprise including task delegation, monitoring, motivating, coaching, and reporting
Ensure team is aligned in purpose and execution to customer strategic vision and objectives and key results
Motivate team to provide high quality performance and customer service, continuously monitor and troubleshoot as needed
Ensure team adheres to established DoD risk standards and approved GBSD risk processes
Lead risk management tool implementation project planning and execution
Review directorate-level deliverables and briefings prior to submitting to customers
Collaborate with ISC and government leadership to provide ongoing data integration strategies
Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
10 years progressive experience (8 years with Master's degree)
Understanding of the DoD Risk Management Process
Ability to understand project requirements, coordinate resources, and direct projects in the right direction in a timely manner
Ability to manage change in a dynamic and evolving program environment, leverage best practices, and innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude
Understanding of DoD/DOE acquisition and program management process
Proficiency to communicate effectively across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
Exceptional customer communication and engagement skills
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance adjudicated within last 6 years.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Innovator with continuous improvement mindset
Defense Acquisitions University (DAU) training/equivalent experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
