Summary
All Native Group is currently seeking experienced professionals for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill Air Force Base-Ogden, Utah. This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems.
Essential Functions
•
Leads the development, maintenance and execution of software test plans, test scenarios and test cases to be used in the evaluation of software applications
•
Leads testing/evaluation of software applications and records actual test results and compares to expected results
•
Documents and performs root cause analysis of relevant defects and issues
•
Designs, builds, and automates test software
•
Performs functional, regression, system, and performance testing
•
Develops and analyzes requirements
Competencies
•
Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
•
Knowledge of or experience in the software development process
•
Journeyman skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Experience
Hands-on experience using test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and Logic Analyzers)
Experience validating the hardware, software, and network function together with appropriate performance and security.
Ability to perform system/software integration of implementing COTS/GOTS products into the customer baseline, providing coding expertise to enhance tools and to allow various software products to work together (interoperate).
Experience in applying software design principles to build, test, and deploy solutions into production environments.
Build, integrate, and test prototypes and final implementations of tools
Experience with Linux/Unix, TestStand, LabVIEW, Simulink, and write scripts with code Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, R, Perl, or Visual Basic.
Working knowledge of computer configuration for various interfaces and networks: Ethernet, USB, Serial Port, GPIB, PCIE, TCP/IP networking
Development of test plans and procedures with attention to detail
Experience in production test fixture design (hardware and/or software)
Knowledge of industry standard PWA manufacturing and product assembly processes.
Able to lead project from requirements gathering to implementation to deployment.
Education
•
BS Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 10 years of related engineering experience
OR
•
BS Degree in an engineering discipline AND MS Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 7 years of related engineering experience
OR
•
BS and/or MS Degree in an engineering discipline AND PhD Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 4 years of related engineering experience
•
Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570.01 -M, and other applicable laws and regulations
•
Professional Engineering License desired
•
Systems Engineering Certification desired
