As a Software Engineer on our team, you have the chance to evaluate and certify defense systems in support of US national security policy. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and provide recommendations on complicated weapon systems. You’ll develop your skills in systems and software engineering while gaining experience in defense programs. Grow your skills by merging practical engineering experience and new technologies to create systems capable of supporting national security. You Have:
-5 years of experience with software design, development, or evaluation
-Experience with DoD systems
-Experience with PCB design, schematic design, and PCB design software
-Knowledge of system architecture and design methodologies
-Ability to evaluate systems against technical requirements and identify concerns and issues
-Top Secret clearance
-BS degree in Software Engineering
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with AMAC systems and model-based systems engineering
-Experience with logic devices and embedded systems or programming software
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating advanced concepts in software engineering clearly and translating to non-technical individuals
-MS degree in Software Engineering or a related field a plus
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
