Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a Financial Cost/Control Analyst or Principal Financial Cost/Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Clearfield, UT and support programs that required Full EVM in a classified environment.
The Clearfield location is part of a bigger Northrup Grunman Aeronautics Systems > Military Aircraft Systems > Aerospace Structures building many different aircraft structures composite parts supporting Military programs in all areas of Defense.
Secret Clearance (Must be active and updated within the last 5 years)
Basic knowlege of industry Earned Value Managment and government agency guidance such as the EIA-748, Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG) and DoD EVMS Interpretation Guide (EVMSIG)
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with 6 years of a combination Business, Finance, or related field experience OR a Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), customer EVM reporting, set upcost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
Working knowledge and experience with Cost Management & Analysis on a full EVM Program
Prepares and updates ETC, Baselines, Task Description and Basis of Estimate (TD/BOE), and establishes Performance
Perform program financial analyses and provides both external and internal reporting (s) for Sector programs.

Experience with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, IPMR reports, CSFR's and Variance Reports.
Experience with Cost & Schedule Tools such as Cobra, MS Project Scheduling
Process implementation a plus. Helping with EVM processes is also a plus.
Participate in knowledge transfer and best practices sharing with Peers.
Create and provide the following to program management teams:
Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Program baseline planning.
Negotiation supportRisk and opportunities assessment.
