NGIS - Propulsion Systems is currently seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst OR a Principal Cost and Schedule Control Analyst for our Project Planning and Control at our Promontory (Brigham), UT facility.
Role description & Responsibilities:
The Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst II or III is responsible to provide finance and EVMS support to the program and finance groups. This position will support the SLS program. The primary work location is Promontory. Job Duties:
Participate in the management and control of costs, schedules, and scope through the management control system (i.e. Earned Value Management or EVMS). This includes working with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and using our EVM applications; Primavera (IMS), Cobra (Cost Engine), and other applications
Participate in preparing, maintaining, and managing program budgets and project schedules consistent with Propulsion System (PS) policies and EVMS requirements. Will use PS integrated tools (Cobra, Primavera, Costview etc.)
Participate in program control functions for scope, cost and schedule including the Program Change Request (PCR) process.
Prepare and/or assist on internal and external customer reports.

Basic Qualifications for Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst:
BA/BS in Production Management, Business Management, Finance, or a related field, with 3 years of business management experience
Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) scheduling discipline and experience with developing schedules that integrate with EVMS financial systems.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst:
BA/BS in Production Management, Business Management, Finance, or a related field, with 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) scheduling discipline and experience with developing schedules that integrate with EVMS financial systems.
Experience working on EVMS Programs
Strong understanding of schedule baseline control with experience initiating program change requests (PCRs) to document and execute schedule changes.
Experienced and proficient in scheduling using Primavera®, MS Project, or equivalent
Experience exporting schedule data to Excel and working with responsible CAMs to gather and report schedule status and productivity metrics per weekly and monthly reporting cycles, and in accordance with government IPMR requirements
