This position is responsible for the support, maintenance and training related to financial systems and processes. Responsibilities include product configuration and maintenance, implementing new workflows, maintaining user access, general system maintenance, troubleshooting, release testing, implementation of updates, end-user support and mentoring, and some project management or related interactions. Interface with all levels of the finance organization, equivalent counterparts in other departments and 3rd party consultants or vendors.
Perform system administration duties for multiple financial systems including the creation and maintenance of product SKU’s, system workflows, user administration and other related tasks.
Monitor system health and make corrections as needed.
Handle complex user and system errors from the point of discovery through all levels of debunking and ultimate resolution.
Coordinate with counterparts on other operational teams to work through complex scenarios.
Create system reporting for day-to-day users or as required by leadership.
Work closely with project managers on system enhancements and changes.
Test system enhancements prior to production releases.
Train various finance users on new or adjusted processes and assist with training documentation.
Subject matter expert on finance day-to-day operations and system processes.
Creative problem solving.
Assume other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

Proven work experience with system management or relevant complementary role.
Experience with CRM and Accounting software, including Salesforce CPQ, Siebel and Great Plains.
Experience with, or understanding of, SOQL or SQL.
Experience with MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects, maintain accuracy and execute quickly.
Excellent decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
